Manu Chao ~ El Viento

We filmed in front of Sheriff Arpaio’s Tent City, an outdoor prison where prisoners, many of them there only for immigration violation, are subject to the harsh climate of the Arizona desert. We filmed unauthorized in front of this symbol of injustice before the Sheriff’s Department made us leave. Manu Chao and his band came to Arizona from Europe to play a free concert to the People in the streets of Central Phoenix.
